COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering Q50BVIQ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Basler-Vision-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bc212-Sk12 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Basler-Vision-Technologies such as the SCA64074FM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BC2352318 manufactured by Bc212-Sk12 and we are pleased to be able to service most Bc212-Sk12 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BHK0624K1250 by Manufacturer Baumer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand H25DSSCCW8GC7406LED in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckoff such as C78021070010 equipment made by Beckoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS14207SH made by Bayside as well as the popular AX2010B9000000 original spares produced by Beckhoff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H25DSS1024ABZC28V by Bei and C78021070010 spares by Beckoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BUK6223120000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumuller. |
